Night @ The K

I’m not much of a sports lover but I do love the atmosphere of a baseball game! I am going to consider it a blessing that I enjoy just being at Kauffman Stadium rather than really getting into the game since our Royals don’t seem to be doing so hot this season LOL.

What makes the experience even more fun, though, is bringing Morgan along. The last couple times we took him to a game, he couldn’t even walk. This time, he wanted to tour the place! He loved the “big tv” and the fountains, and of course he had a blast on the playground. To be honest, I didn’t actually watch a bit of the game. I never even looked at the score. I was too busy watching the excitement in M’s eyes as he took in all the sights and sounds of the stadium, and tastes, too, because you can’t visit a ballpark and not experience the ballpark food! The pretzel with cheese was a hit for him, as were the funnel cake, dip n’ dots, and buttery popcorn. What more could a little boy ask for?
